What are your hours of operation?

Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Our customer service team is available from 10am to 6pm HKT. If you have a question, please email us and we will get back to you.

How can I find more information about a product?

What are the delivery options?

We ship to any street address in Hong Kong. At the moment, we’re not able to make our way to PO Boxes and for other countries/cities, please contact us for more information.

Can I edit an order or combine multiple orders?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot add items to it. Alternatively, you can place a new one for additional items. If you like to combine separate orders, please contact us directly.

Where can I find the product information?

Simply click on the product category page to find your product, then click on the product for further information.

How much is the delivery fee?

We offer free delivery for purchases over $10,000 to destinations on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula and in the New Territories (excluding container terminals and Outlying Islands) which are accessible by a ten-ton lorry and equipped with a lift fit for handling the purchased goods.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: International MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Bank Transfer and Cash.

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is valid for one year from the date of the original purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Before your order is dispatched, simply contact us if you wish to cancel it. If your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to Return Policy for more details.

How can I check on the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, log into your account and visit your Orders History page to see exactly what stage your order is in on its journey to you. We’ll also send you an email when your order ships.

How can I edit my shipping address?

Shipping addresses can always be added, removed,and edited on your Profile page. You can also edit your shipping information at checkout. Just click the pencil icon next to your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to change the shipping address on an order that’s in progress, please contact our customer support team and we’ll do what we can to help you out. Please note that a delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.
